Revising the 'argmas09' negotiation policy to use time-stamps

Started revising the 'argmas09' negotiation policy to use time-stamps such that beliefs of agents are accumulated only rather than revised (i.e. added/removed). The case for investigating into trust (for verifying arguments/utterances of agents) and related matters seems more interesting than first anticipated.

I will (maybe!) get around some of the problems (initially at least!) as follows: An agent (say ag1) only adds a belief that another agent (say ag2) has given away a resource (say r1) to another agent (say ag3) following either an exchange of resources that ag1 is involved in or if ag2 or ag3 tell it so, not if any other agent tells it so. Maybe! Need to think about it further.

Example:

An agent ag1 believes ag1 has a resource r1 because ag1 received r1 from an agent ag2 at time t1.

ag1 has not given r1 away to any agent after t1.

ag1 is told by an agent ag3 that ag3 received r1 from ag4 at time t2 (t2 > t1).

Does ag1 record this last transaction in its belief base? Does ag1 believe ag1 has r1 or not?
